The Bluegrass Music Association of Maine presents Rock Hearts!! The Rock Hearts have played sold-out shows at the Center Theatre for the past four years. The Bluegrass Music Association of Maine is bringing them back again on October 17, 2026, at 7 pm; doors open at 6:00pm. Tickets are $20 in advance and $22 at the door. Advanced premium seating (first 2 rows – center) is available for $24.

NEW! MEET & GREET at the Center Theatre from 3:30 to 5:30pm. Tickets are $10 and only 37 tickets are available. Rock Hearts will provide insight into their music in an up close and personal atmosphere. Hear band stories highlighting some of their most memorable moments as well as their individual bluegrass music history. Rock Hearts will have their instruments, play a few songs acoustically, and if time permits, take requests from you.

Also on the 17th, join Rock Heart’s own Austin Scelzo for an in person workshop designed to explore his “Roadmap to Bluegrass and Country Fiddle Mastery” – a sequential guide to breaking down the skills necessary to thrive in settings that involve improvisation, harmony, chords, back-up, and rhythm played on the Fiddle. Austin was nominated by the International Bluegrass Music Association as “Mentor of the Year” for his work in education. The workshop will be from 1pm to 3pm and is limited to 25 participants.
